A limited release blend of 3–4 year old ex-bourbon cask rum and 2-year old Pedro Ximénez cask rum. Rich, rounded and deeply aromatic, with notes of vanilla, toasted oak, dried fruit, molasses, spice and dark honey.

Premium Tweed Valley Rum: Aged to Perfection

Our newest Special Cask release is a richer, deeper expression of Soltera Rum, bringing together mature ex-bourbon cask rum with the luscious influence of Pedro Ximénez sherry cask.

This limited release is a blend of 3–4 year old rum aged in ex-bourbon barrels and 2-year old rum matured in a Pedro Ximénez cask, creating a beautifully layered spirit with warmth, depth and a touch of indulgence.

Expect notes of vanilla oak, toasted spice and soft molasses from the bourbon casks, balanced by the PX cask’s rich dried fruit, raisin and dark honey character.
