Bottled at a robust 49%, this Pure Single Rum is crafted using Tweed Shire molasses and double distilled in a copper pot still. The result is a rich, complex rum showcasing the unique terroir of the Tweed Valley and coastal influence of Cabarita Beach.

Premium Tweed Valley Rum: Aged to Perfection

• Long fermentation in summer 2021, using Tweed Shire molasses
• Double distilled in late 2021
• Aged for over three years in a 115-litre American oak ex-bourbon cask with medium char and new oak heads

The medium char adds layers of cinnamon, caramel and bold spice, while the subtropical climate of Cabarita Beach accelerates the ageing process, enriching the rum with tropical fruit notes and a touch of the region’s signature salty coastal flavour.
