Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We accept that on some very rare occasions, items may have a faulty seal, closure or have become damaged in transit.
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
To be eligible for a return, you must email us confirming your reasons for requesting a refund. Additionally, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. We also require proof of purchase and/or a receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns except where the goods received are damaged by the purchaser, have been opened, or for a change of mind.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-returnable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the cost we incurred supplying the goods in the first place and also less the third party payment processing fee that we also incurred. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, return shipping of a product will be refunded by us, with proof of receipt.
