Thank you for shopping at Cabarita Spirits! Please note that the inflatable airbags we use to ship our products are recyclable and reusable.
Please also note that we currently do not ship outside Australia. If you are outside of Australia and would like to purchase an item, please contact info@cabaritaspirits.com
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
We aim to process all orders within 3 business days from receipt of payment. We do not commit to shipping orders on weekends or holidays (though if we're in the distillery working anyway we'll endeavour to pack and ship your order); occasionally we may be delayed by a few days. If we expect a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We primarily use Aramex (Fastway). On occasion, we may use Sendle or Australia Post or other couriers. Once shipped, delivery delays can occasionally occur and are out of the control of Cabarita Spirits Pty. Ltd..
FREE local delivery for Tweed Shire residents.
Deliveries will only be made to a street address and cannot be made to PO boxes or office addresses.
Goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years.
Delivery costs are a flat rate of $10 throughout Australia.
We do not offer a same-day delivery service.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
With the exception of local delivery, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages
We accept that on some very rare occasions, items may have a faulty seal, closure or have become damaged in transit.
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Alcohol prices shown on this website include all relevant Australian Government excise and goods and services taxes.
