Dorado is Soltera's first barrel-aged spirit. Our original lightly spiced spirit is left to mature in American oak barrels for a minimum of three months before bottling. The result? Dorado, Spanish for golden.
In Australia 'rum' must be aged in wooden barrels for a minimum of two years before it can be classified 'rum'. Dorado is classified as an aged spiced cane spirit.
